I didn't end up getting any sleep.
Do I get up, wash my hair and do a 30 minute drive for coffee and cake with mum and a family friend I rarely see, or do I sleep?
I'm tired but I won't get a chance to see the friend again for many months. |

Fight through it, i find if I give in to the urge to sleep, the vicious circle continues into the next evening.

you probably wouldnt settle to sleep knowing you could be having some time with the friend and especially if its going to be yonks before you see her again you should go - but ----- if youre too tired to drive dont even think about it - |
