This was a joke coz of the why i think tories are wrong topic. But yeah tory was originally an irish word for thief i think?
I noticed when they got caught fiddling their expenses (all politicians, not just tories) that one of them said it was their entitlement, then not long after everyone made a fuss about their sense of entitlement that phrase got passed onto benefit claimants so it wasn't associated with self entitled politicians any more? |
