Curry I normally do, making my own sauce etc even grind my own spices x just can't resist adding to a take away tho |

I've never tried Thai, I hate fruit and sweetness in a savoury dish, I always got the impression Thai has coconut in it ? |

Not really, once you have all your spices, the only things you need to buy fresh are the meat, onion, garlic and maybe a bit of ginger |

the spices can be expensive, but once you have them they last, and dont all need replacing at the same time,x |

I can't cook to save my life.
Even if the raw ingredients cost me 10p but the Take-away was £10 ~I'd still order the Take-away because I cannot cook for shit. |
