I practically took the top layer of skin off in the bath a few weeks back, and got so hot I felt sick and had to lie down afterwards. That'll teach me to fill it up while I'm already sitting in it  |

The cure for that sickness feeling after a hot bath is to let some of the water out, add some cold and then keep the cold running while the bath empties. It changes your body temperature slowly instead of jumping out and getting dizzy |

I do that! I have banned myself from having baths til I can bathe responsibly !"
I ran the last one properly but then it was a bit too cold and disappointing, so I ended up letting half of it out and topping up with hot anyway. |

Well that was silly!  "
That's not the worst of it.. The following evening I dropped the laptop, Knackered the screen good style and the evening following that.. a whole 190g jar of Dow Egbert's rolled out of the shopping bag, off the worktop and shattered all over the floor!!!

My baths are either tepid, or scorching hot, so I either don't enjoy it, or fear for my safety getting out. Ended up having to lie on the bathroom floor once I was so dizzy I couldn't even make it back to the bedroom! |

I dashed down the stairs to my bedroom, went pale and ran across the hall naked to the downstairs loo cos I was sick from being dizzy! Definitely use my cold water thing  it works! |

I got my car MOT'd last Wednesday then wrapped it round a tree on Friday, fishing for my sunglasses that I had dropped in the passenger footwell. What a prat I felt, now got a bad back.... |
