"Have a look at what your substituting cigarettes with. Is it carbs, sweet things?
Then try and swap for a healthier option.

I gave up 5months ago and gone up a dress size. Im doing HIT work out from youtubes.
Cigs give you a high metabolism. Which is a high heart rate. HIT (high intensity training) workouts increase your heart rate so burns fat quicker.
Ive been doing it a few weeks now and although i havent lost weight (you add muscle working out) i have gone slimmer and my body feels tighter. |

You enjoying exercising at the gym? I found if i don't enjoy an exercise then i won't lose weight. I do think the buzz you get from enjoying something helps you lose weight.
Don't forget exercising also means you gain weight because of gaining muscle. |

I was the same. I was eating my 3 meals a day and not snacking i still but it on. Its cuz you're metabolic rate has gone down. You not burning fat like before. |

When you give up smoking try e cigs but also dont drink alcohol. Eat lite foods. Drink plenty of water. Chewing gum helps when you have the craving. Ok stress balls as the hand you smoke with needs something to do use them and if that fails masturbation lol.
If you can do this for 30 days then your nearly there. |
