Me i am mucking out horses sorting things over my stables ... and taking the dogs on the river bank for a run. Putting the piles of clothes away that are clean i keep putting this job off hate it. May do some baking make a cake and apple pie, And keep looking on here now and again reading posts , That my day. JO XXX |

Spending most of the day following up the shopfitters with the displays for the Cupcakes we start selling next weekend.
Have to give a big thumbs up to the firm that did a builders clean for us, the difference in the before and after was incredible, they earnt every penny of their fee for the clean up.
So probably another very late finish for me today.....

Ive got lunch with steven hawking. Then off to pitch my jetpack/submarine idea on dragons den followed by teaching jamie oliver how to cook( he actually uses frozen food from farmfoods. Honest)
Then ill return to my mansion to work on my speech to the UN on how to solve the middle east problems by getting everybody to learn the words to 'Id like to teach the world to sing'.
after which angelina jolley and charlize theron will bev treating me to a lap dance and a private 3sum while we blast off to button moon in mr spoons bean can rocket!
Either that or ill just nip to sainsburys and do my shopping. |

sorting out some stuff from e bay
new sky remote wont work because it wont accept codes for tv grrrrrrrrrrrrr
and assembling a recurver bow , seems more complex than the space shuttle engine management system grrrrrrrrrrrr
on a brighter note over done it this morning and missed jerremy kyle , and thats coming on soon , will watch it as we eat our fish finger sandwitches

oh!! i see. sorry, was having a think morning moment and had visions of it being stretched to make it wider etc.
Makes perfect sense now that you meant excercises to help woth healing and eventually geting a false one
