Autonomy means you can do what you want with your own body. I personally wouldn't make money using cam but if she wants to then yeah why not.

Am sure loads of people would just be interested in seeing something so unusual, as well as for other reasons.

If she is choosing to do it then fine. I'm not sure if there was a sexual element to the cam work but I am assuming their was. Often woman are forced to turn to sex work as it is their only way to survive so they are choosing "survival" rather than choosing "sex work".
