maxi muscle cyclone is overpriced shite
what you want is a bulk supplier. try myprotein.com and the impact whey protein range. there are a ton of flavors to choose from and you get 5KG for around £55
or you can go unflavored for £10 less
and get your terminology right your are bulking you arent on a bulking cycle
a bulking cycle is a steroid cycle lol |

i used to use discount supps wayyy back when i first started training. they arent bad for certain supps but i wouldnt be buying my protein from them and i wouldnt bother with maxi muscle cyclone |

I am a gym shark and I don't use protein shakes, its mostly dust lol, milk is the shake you need it got whey protein init as well and all sorts and calcium |

eat about 800g to 1kg a dag about 3500kcal in total devided to 7 meals I'm struggling with the foods don't think I eat enough ,cut out the junk food but has in trying to loose body fat Im limiting my self to at least 2000 cal a day the exercise comes from 5 days a week ,spinning twice and circuit train 3 times with weights after circuit training but cant motivate to lift because when it gets heavy I quit " Yes I done it for eyars and takes time to get used to eat a lot, have u tried to do cardio before a meal as that helps to get you more hungrier? YEs don't quite as when its heavy u need to push 3 more reps to get the burn, but its good u do the circuit training, its fun. |

1 liter bottles/cartons of milk shake lol.
Otherwise post workout the cheapest whey you can find that's above 80%
For any other time/before bed casein as it's dirt cheap.
If you're "bulking" though it'll be the calories you'll be wanting more than protien so chuck in instant ground oats. |
