Bruised and grumpy

It only a quarter to nine and this morning ive managed to bang my funny bone on the door, slip and fall on my arse on kitchen floor, spill coffee down myself, then tripped on the stairs while i went to change my top.

If this pattern continues throughout the day i reckon by 8 oclock tonight ill be watching the patient line service while in traction!

And knowing the luck im having, the attractive nurse whose job it is to administer bed baths will end her shift before getting to me and be replaced by hattie jaques!

In short... Not a good day!

Thats true. I did that in my cbt therapy. Negative automatic thoughts. Automic thoughts which are negative and habitual to a given situation/event. In turn effects feeling leading to negative behaviour affecting your physiology and again affecting your thoughts.

But my bum is still sore! Lol

Yeah the flaw in that is if i go up to someone and say "kiss my arse!" im liable to get punched! Lol
