Hounds of love - ninth wave is one of the best albums ever but she is living of past glories now and everything that followed has been a very very long slow decline. IMO

One of many over rated artist in my humble opinion. Don't see the hype hype that goes with her and some others! Like Bob Dylan etc I get his song writing ability but don't rate his singing maybe I have got it all wrong or just opened up a can of worms!

Love Kate Bush, Hounds of Love, Running up that Hill and Cloudbusting are some of my fav songs.

Whether people like her music or not, she writes songs that mean something to her, she doesn't just churn out manufactured trash.

We have some great British female singer-songwriters like Kate, Annie Lennox, Joan Armatrading, Adele, Sade and Laura Marling, amongst others.

I think she's amazing, I watched a documentary about her ages ago and to me she seemed like a very determined woman, she took a lot of time off to have children and be with them, don't think she's over rated at all. If she was all about the game and fortune she would have kept going, she knew when she wanted to now out of the industry and if she feels now that she wants to try again she's entitled to. She loved all the theatrical dancing so that's why she's a bit eccentric. I also think her voice is lovely.
