JUST WONDERED HOW MANY OF YOU HAD MET FROM SOMEONE MESSAGING YOU AFTER YOU HAD POSTED IN HERE RATHER THAN THE CHAT ROOMS, I DONT REGULARLY VIEW PEOPLES PROFILES THAT WRITE POSTS( UNLESS ITS A PROFILE QUESTION) AS I WOULD ON THE UPDATES OR LOOKING AT WHO HAS VIEWED ME |

I've never met anyone as a result of the forums
I've met quite a lot of the regulars at social meets, clubs, parties etc but never had anyone mail me off here that has resulted in a private meet |

Excluding socoals we've had a few meets as a direct result of the forums, we were out clubbing with former forumites last night. And there are more that we'd like to meet given the chance |

I've met a former forumite who I class as a good friend now. We started chatting via the forums.
There are a fair few others I'd like to meet socially ! |

met a lady off the forums to support her in a charity day - chat to a few here on and off the forums as they have become friends - and one lady will play with when we get there -  |

Interesting...... suppose its a different sort of chat on here rather than the usual messages you receive, only just recently started posting and I actually enjoy reading through other peoples posts ,even if the topic wouldn't necessarily interest me |

if we did socials we no doubt would have met a fair few from the forums , but we don't .
Directly from the forum posts we have only had one meet , and ironically that was with a poster who asked what folk thought of their new pics . We said we thought they were arty farty crap and a rather heated debate ensued . Some months later we bumped into them at a club , got chatting , and ended up having a wonderful play !
There are people we have met who post , but we met them before they came on the forums .

I've received messages but only relating to forum posts, not much from somebody wanting to meet - though I don't post anything deep or exciting! I do think I should message more forum users really |

I'm just shit at talking via messages, can talk the hind legs off a dead donkey in real life but find it really hard to keep a conversation going on here long enough to arrange a meet |

I've met 10 posters on this thread at socials and one or two sexually...there's another one or two on my hotlist (be afraid, be very afraid?? ) and if Wyrd pops in, well she's my club buddy and good friend...the fora have been very good to me |

. The forums are an excellent way of knowing how people think and their attitude to life in general. Some of the posts are really interesting and it is always usefull to be able to read a wide variety if opinions on a topic . A number of members ( all men ) contacted me about forum posts , but I have never had a meet as a result of a forum post . I did however arrange holiday accommodation in Cap d Agde as a result of a member contacting me through one of my posts .

met 1 after getting talkin about a post, plans in place to meet another, plans being set for a 3rd, an another i would love to but cant yet, plus a party in a few weeks so will get to meet a load more.x  |

the forum is my gateway to meeting obviously for reasons I'm not going to bore you with now, the chat rooms are off limits as such for me, so I rely on the forums for getting to understand someone's personality and whether or not we have something in common. Met a good number of forumnites for that reason; most of them then become friends. Its rare for me to receive an out of the blue PM from a non forumnite, and other than on one occasion that worked out very well, I'm a little wary about their motive for pm'ng me. The forums is a pretty good family for me. Have a number of forumnites on my hotlist, and like to think that it'll all work out and get to meet a couple of them very shortly |

I've met lots of forumites socially and sexually.
I made the conscious decision ages ago that I pretty much only meet people who regularly post here (this was when I was meeting). I tend to find regular posters are more reliable and I already have a good idea of the type of people they are and if we'd be compatible. |

I love the forums but find the chat rooms a bit moronic. Although some of the cams are great. I'm meeting up with someone this week that stemmed from chatting after I'd commentednon a forum post. So, fingers crossed it's a yes from me. |

Met a few. Wasn't necessarily intentional, it's just another route to striking up a conversation with someone. Can't say I've experienced any of the mass indiscretion, territory marking or any other bullshit that people seem worried about. |

I did have someone I met block me for something I said on the forum once. I can't be doing with things like that hence why I shy away from forum users. |

Met quite a lot of forum, users at large socials, some we have arranged to meet privately at a later date.
Some we've arranged to meet privately and socially through nattering on the forums...
You get a good feel for someone through their posting. |
