Strange thing to put on a swingers site but you never know who you might find
We have a summer house in the garden which is knackered due to bad weather and we want it pulling down and a stronger insulated treated one that will last ......need a good design and someone who knows how to build us one or any suggestions

I know a couple that needed an emergency electrician ad they were inthe middle of a party and the electrics went bang. They gave a shout out in our local room. The electrician did a bang up job in more sense than one that night lol. Who needs check a trade when we have fab |

with summer house id swap to plastic double glassed windows
the rest you would have to decide on what you are wanting being built
wood, plastic, permanent built summer house concrete, stone or brick
wood has to breathe but you can build a sauna in wood nowadays
also depends on how much that you want to spend on building one of these up |

Price depends on design as I just want an ordinary every day summer house any more
I want something modern to look at with space inside
Good insulation and electricity
Has to be a corner one and have a good builder..lol
Have looked at allsorts but not found the right one for our garden |

Plenty of pre built one's around. To make a good quality one from scratch, don't think you would get much change from a grand just for something basic, just for materials alone. Depending on how big it is obviously. |
