I grew up in a society that was 95% homophobic. Even the poofs were homophobic LOL.
It really isn't that long ago that it was a criminal offence to be a practicing homosexual. Unless you were female. There were no lesbians, only some women suffering from hysteria.
My knee-jerk reaction in truth is 'yes' it does bother me, but only for a split second. Because its not my true thinking, its what I was programmed to think by society. |
