I'll say the same thing I say every time somebody asks this question. Nothing 'makes' you gay. If you wish to refer to yourself as gay, then fine. If you wish to refer to yourself as 'straight but enjoy sex with transsexuals' then that's what you are. If you don't want to be classed as anything, then so be it. OP, a gay man, in the sense that you mean it, only finds other men sexually attractive.
As a rule, gay men do not find transsexuals and transvestites sexually attractive.
If you previously considered yourself straight, then having sex with a pre-op TS or a TV won't make you gay, but it'll make you bi.

I was told by someone in the medical profession that bisexual men are responsible for spreading more STDs. However I don't think having sex with a TV makes you gay, gay men I know are attracted to other men. A lot of "straight" men on here are actually bisexual. Everyone has their own preference. |

This is an interesting question , and one where there are differing opinions .
We have quite a few cd / TV friends who only enjoy sex with ' straight' men .

We went into more examination when we were told the same thing at our local gum clinic .
The reason more bisexual men spread std's is that they are generally thought to be more active and rough , thus with anal sex they are more likely to spread the diseases easier . But if engaging in more safe sex there's no reason they should be any more risky than straight men . And in the swinging scene , they are far more likely to be practising safe sex so there shouldn't be any more risk . Non swinging bi guys are the marker used by the clinics and medical fraternity .
It certainly seems they get a bad press amongst some swingers on here . |

Actually that's not true. I have done extensive research on the internet and it transpires that there are many ways to 'catch gay'.
Main ones being use of fruit-scented shampoo products, skateboarding and listening to Lady Gaga.
If you google 'is gay contagious' I'm sure you will also find the extensive, balanced and serious christian research I did.
Now I just have to work out whether the whole site is tongue-in-cheek, or whether there are people who actually believe that stuff!

I once was in a clinic and noticed a leaflet entitled 'MWHSWOM' in the leaflet rack which translates to 'men who have sex with other men'. I took that to mean that even the clincs appreciate/understand that some men have sex with other men, but still do not consider themselves to be gay. Personally, I much prefer the previous sobriquet, there are so many different sexual orientations around, it's hard to actually pin-point exactly what people are, as we are all individuals. |
