Used to have diabetes type 2 and now has a perfect sugar level of 4.7(perfect according to the doctor)
Also who had extremely high cholesterol and now has levels of 3.6(perfect according to the doctor)
 yes this is a look at me thread but I know a lot are trying to lose weight as they have diebetes.
So really I'm saying perceive, you will reap the benefits.
Oh and all my other tests where perfect apart from vitamin d which I always lack anyway.

Something to show off about.Very well done,weight loss is a constant battle for some and I can only applaud those that stick at it and reap with benefits that come with it.
