"Hope that she reads the forums...."
Doesn't contacting people that have blocked you through forums get you a trip to the naughty step???? Pretty sure I did this once without knowing. Just saying. |

To be fair, he's not mentioned a profile name, so he isn't technically contacting her via the forum. He is just stating that he mucked up in a message and what should he do? I just mentioned that he might get lucky and hope she reads the forums, sees his post and unblocks him. We can all live in hope! |

If he was trying to contact someone through the forum yes, but as he is asking for advice, no. |

Welcome the forum dom....happily for the people who block people so they don't have to talk to them again you won't be able to get an apology to her...just accept you were blocked and move on ( although I can understand you being pissed off at the missed chance )

I had a lady who wanted to add me as a friend but when I went to look at her profile, because she had never said anything to me, she had me blocked from her profile. How rude is that? ?? |

"We was on about meeting an I asked if she had a good sitter....came out shitter "
I did actually laugh out loud at that one.
You could always do as I have to thanks to my ridiculous phone, proof read the message before you hit send. Some of the texts I have almost sent are unintelligible |

I've had that problem. Just the other week I intended to write
"Hi, I think you're really attractive and funny, how about we meet up for a drink and see how things go?"
My phone replaced it with
"I'm going to fuck you like a rabid animal and hide your body"
Predictive text is a right pain. |

"I think some people block far too quickly on here."
No. They block when they no longer want any contact with another person. How can that ever be too quickly? |

"open a new profile and contact her if its that important to message her again"
I am not sure that's a good idea, if she reports him, he'll definitely be in trouble.
She may not have blocked him for the typo, he's only assuming that. |

Reckon you dodged a bullet, OP. Anyone with an ounce of common sense should've known that was an error."

Sounds like she found the perfect excuse.
No fault of yours and if she had any decency she could messaged back saying " pardon"! |

"Just ask someone to contact her on your behalf ..."
Now I'm sure that's against the rules , not to say a little underhand. She may have blocked him for a number of reasons and may wish to have nothing more to do with him.
That would seriously piss me off and I'd be reporting all profiles involved. |

There are some right suspect people on here. They bring stalking and creepy to a new level. |

I really don't think it's worth getting your knickers in a twist over!!! Calm down, all she would need to do is ignore the message or reply politely. It may genuinely be a mistake. |

Then when she ignores that message maybe he could get someone else to send another message just in case she didn't read it correctly.
She blocked , she doesn't want contact. Simple really. |

I find getting messages of people we've blocked previously extremely hard work. The block button is there for a reason. She used it for her reasons. He has to respect that. Not got a third party to message her , not open a new profile to message her. Just let her be.
Sorry OP , I am not suggesting you have done these things. Just responding to the ludicrous suggestions that you do these things. |

"If sitter came out as shitter on your predictive text, maybe she dodged a bullet!
"
Do you text the same way to your male mates as you'd text to a female you're trying to get in the knickers of?
Having said that, I did try to see if shitter came up on my predictive text but it won't, though you don't have to save it to memory it you spell it out. |

"I typed one word an it came out another lol....I really hate to offend anybody..."
I did a similar thing recently. I let someone down on here. Luckily she didn't block me and we're fine now but it totally crippled me.
I'm a decent good guy and it really got to me that I'd offended somebody. In real life I'd never do such a thing. Things can get lost in translation on here and it's quite impersonal sometimes. Some people do sadly press the block button too quickly without giving someone the chance to explain. I really hope you can sort it out OP. |
