Losing my connection and patience

20 minutes on YouTube, 20 minutes on various other sites everything OK, Log on to Fab and within minutes I lose my connection anyone know why ? I have Sky broadband

I said I lose my connection

If it was blocked I wouldn't be able to log on, I can log on but it goes off then comes back on a few minutes later

cos sky hate their remotes being used as measuring tools.

have you rebooted your router recently?

I have done that a few times, It has been doing this for over a week now and I have contacted Sky but its still doing it, I might need a new router ? I just thought I would ask in here to see if anyone could help

Go onto the configure settings change the ports and reboot.

Have any of your neighbours just started using sky as an ISP you may have to switch channels

your having drop outs on your modem a classic sign that the modem has become faulty

get onto them and have a new modem sent to you asap
