Oh my gosh, so this morning one of my staff was talking to be and she shows me a photo that her friend had taken of her, I really didn't know what to say, it was a very sexy glamour shot where she really wasn't showing much at all. She then told me there are more with less on but she was too shy to show me.
I really am still lost for words, Not to mention somewhat aroused still.
Anyone else had anything like this happen?? |

Funny enough my manager and one off my colleagues commented they thought she fancied me. Then I told them about the photo incident they thought it was funny. I'm glad I told someone I will contact hr if she gets too much |

The lads at work offer as they dabble with photography and they say "my iPhone will do a good job"
Then they wonder why they get me rolling my eyes lol |

she may just be infatuated with you, you are her boss. may'be let her know politely that showing nude pics to the boss isn't the appropriate behaviour at work?

I've seen too many men up on disciplinaries after a joke and a lark like this. If you're in authority you're vulnerable and need to remain professional in circumstances like this.

ive seen some pics from other peoples phones that wanted some photos printing up for them
I have to admit what they had within there phone pics was rather nice sometimes 
it was some of the others that i didnt need to see
they was kinda blushing alot that id seen them
I was asked to say nothing about what id seen on there phones and these was all the ladies as well |

Exactly why I spoke up to my manager, I wouldn't encourage her to show me more or go further. I'll quite happily forget the whole thing. She's a great lady and cute if I was single and not her boss/supervisor I might have done something. |

A few years ago I had a similar situation where a young employee that I got on very well with sent me some photos of her in a very skimpy bikini. I had to tell very politely that as lovely as they were it wasn't an appropriate thing to be sending me |

Thankfully they weren't sent to me she just handed me her phone. |
