Everyday the forum gets threads asking for assistance with taxes, legalities, computers, phone apps... Wouldn't it make more sense to contact professionals that are equipped to help or are people just trying to find something to post about? In that case is it all a big attention seeking attempt?
I only ask because I need help with my dissertation on brass rubbings |

If it comes to buying expensive items that i want to last a long time i would rather have peoples opinions on that and not the opinion of a sales person who gets commission for 'advising' me what to buy. |

I'm not on any other fora so this one serves really well.
Plus, the responses come quite quickly. I saved a lot of money when the battery on the old car went and it was locking me out of things. A quick question in the lounge and money saved.

Actually, not true. Not since the Google Spain SL, Google Inc. v Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, Mario Costeja González case.
I can explain the international legal implications to collection, storage and processing of Personal Data if you like.
