1: Nutella fondue.
Quick easy treat, mix 200g 0% fat free natural yogurt with 1tbsp Nutella, give it a good then proceed to dip in any fruit you fancy (or cock) |

Oatcakes and peanut butter (the crunchy whole nut stuff without the added crap).
I thought it looked rank when a runner friend of mine recommended it, but they are really nice, not sweet (so helps you stop craving more sweet things) and stops you feeling hungry for ages.
Has completely stopped me snacking on bad stuff at work |

Iv tried oat cakes , but find the taste bit, blur :/ and they are very dry |
