As I'm about to walk out of work..normally around 4pm...I get into car....top down...sun beaming...shades on...radio blasting something uplifting...I roll out of carpark...forgetting for a few moments that I've got to go back the next day! |

"I love early mornings (once I am awake) it's just getting light, there is hardly any traffic and everything is still. "
Apart from those damn crows! I hate crows! They were having a fight with some magpies this morning. I never got to see who won! |

I'm with you on this one. I also love the evening just as the sun's setting. |

First thing, just before the sun breaks.....
Love being out then - run, bike - doesn't matter.
Before the pain kicks in and my nervous system reminds me of the fact that whilst I'm still alive it ain't gonna be easy |

Opposing ends of the day. First thing in the morning when you don't know what that day will bring. Plus it's the coolest time on a hot day. And late evening, when you can finally relax. |

Midnight until 4 or 5 in the morning. It's beautifully hushed. No phone ringing. No air traffic. Lovely. I've always been a night person. It's the most peaceful time of day. |

Sunrise or sunset. Love being outside at those parts of the day. Especially breakfast outside in the mornings when it's quiet, cool, sunny, just the sounds of birds and my thoughts. |

"Usually around dawn, 5-6am just now. I can be energized or rough as hell in mornings, but like the tranquillity."
On my day off, so I can stand in the kitchen window with a coffee and watch the rest of the world go to work , while I play in the gym |
