You fell for it twice? Didn't you ask after the first time? You might get lucky with the triple, she might answer.

Like to give everyone benefit of the doubt, after first time she apologised , won't be a third, but can't work out why someone would do it

Don't give the OP a hard time it's called accepting an excuse the first time and being generous enough to give her a second chance

Nothing wrong with that we all make mistakes

OP just block and move on there is nowt stranger than folk as they say

I think everyone deserves the benefit of doubt, sometimes life happens and we have to pull out, many genuine people have to cancel sometimes it can't be helped, if they did it twice I'd be doubtful and wouldn't arrange again

Sometimes it's fair to give people a second chance. However, if I drove to meet someone and found they'd switched their 'phone off, without any attempt to text me or message me to say there was a problem first, I wouldn't give them a second chance.

In the middle

I have given people a second chance, most deserve it, but not a third, not long back I drove all the way to Derby to meet someone and had just messaged with them to confirm it, when I got there I had a message that just said he had got cold feet, we all live and learn, it's no reflection on you OP and take no notice of the snide comments

I think the comments are fair, I know I'm the ass for going a second time, just wondered if it's something people get off on, knowing someone willing to go there to fuck them, more turned on by the chase, kinda thing

I met a guy once who told me about a couple he'd arranged to meet, they spoke on the phone etc gave him their address he put it in his sat nav the address came up and off he went, when he for there it was an empty house, they were probably sat in a car at the end of the street laughing at him, some just get off on messing people about

Possibility of shag with woman = excuse not needed.

OP, I have given a guy a second chance only to be fooled again. The only difference was I was sat in my warm house.
