I recently made a toastie for a lady in bed and made my signature breakfast toastie....

Peanut butter, smoked bacon and banana slices... She loved it.

I think I've met my future wife

Why have I never thought to put peanut butter and bananas into a toastie before, it sounds natural now that someone else has said it

I never make them but if eating somewhere that does, i like plain simple cheese and onion ones or just cheese and i like a side salad with them

I'm hungry now so need to go get some breakfast lol.

The crumbies would drive me mad.

But that aside, you can't beat a cheese and onion toastie for simplicity.

I love toasties, I've always had just cheese and ham or occasionally I'll have cheese, ham, bacon, mushrooms and beans, then it's a fight to close the machine!
