Right ive got 3 weeks to really knuckle down and shift as much fat as possible. I've been having a read online but thought I might as well ask you guys..
For those that 'cut' or reduce body fat I don't care how boring it is what's the best things for me to eat?
Chicken and broccoli?? |

Fish and shellfish are high in protein but low in calories. Lots and lots of leafy green veg (kale, chard, broccoli). Eggs. Cottage cheese.
I do two fast days a week to keep my weekly calories within reason, which has worked OK for me. I'm upping my workouts too. |

Egg whites are the purest form of protein you can get, so eat eggs for break is, and Turkey instead of chicken (leaner and harder for your body to digest so burns more calories) with broccoli for other 2 meals. Make sure you have a fruit snack between to keep your metabolism up, eat carrot sticks just before bed, and a cup of warm water with fresh lemon to aid your digestive system.
For an extra boost, take 4-6 vitamin C tablets per day, drink green tea & buy some spirulina tablets to take daily. Plus bare minimum of 2ltrs fresh water.
Good luck! Juicy x |

Please don't do this. Most people who eat healthily don't need to take Vit C (apart from smokers). If you do take too much it just gets pisses out, and too much leads to kidney stones. 1g of Vit C a day is sufficient. |

U could try some bonk training. Ok wait for the titters and childish comments.
Do some hard cardio sessions first thing in morning before breakfast only having a black coffee.
Following this protien shake, then porridge made with water an hour later.
Split your meals into six equally sized meals.
Don't eat after 9pm,
Don't get to the point where you are starving, just keep topped up.
Interval training is great for not only shifting weight but getting fit.
Also split workouts.
Cardio am
Anaerobic pm
Don't limit to just broccoli.
Sometimes if you don't eat enough your body can end up storing fat.
So you may need to try and trick it by having a binge day.
Binge in that you eat lot's, but not Crap.

That's right...they're a natural diuretic and flushing your system out can help aid weight loss. I wouldn't recommend taking them like that long term but for a 3 week boost they work. |

"Hot to what are your meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) you have? And snacks? I need ideas! "
I hate breakfast and have never eaten it so I force myself to have a banana. Then I'll have some sort of egg dish usually omelette with egg white and ham and asparagus or something like that. Then chicken/Turkey with veg or stir fry. Maybe a tuna steak instead. All depends on what's on offer at the butchers/supermarket. |

Dehydration will help you lose weight only up until you drink some water. Overloading kidneys is not the way to go. Fads and short term solutions are also not the way to go. To get the results GossipGirl is after I would personally go for increased exercise. |

Carrot and cucumber sticks. Maybe a bit of fruit. I try not to eat too much fruit as its full of sugar and it sets my sweet tooth off then I just want biscuits. lol. I know a lot of people that have celery with low fat cream cheese in it as a snack but I don't like celery raw |

As long as you're not eating crap it doesn't matter too much what you're eating - exercise will burn it off and tone you up - just make sure to mix it up so you don't overdo it on a few muscles. |

I (the male) did a juice diet variation of shake for breakfast and lunch along with nuts and rice crackers as snacks. I then had a calorie/carb controlled dinner in the evening.
The carb cravings were awful during the day but the weight fell off dramatically. It was a lesson in discipline but paid off and was visible after 8 days when I lost a stone. |

Not tried that. Reindeer is nice though. I would advise to eat it around May time, so that you can be forgiven in time for Xmas. |

Stop drinking alcohol and cut out sugar. Then fill up on celery. It takes more energy to digest the stuff than you get from it! Dont forget to eat your multi vitamins with minerals so you dont start suffering from mineral and vitamin deficiencies.
The pounds will tumble off! |
