I need a bit of advice..
First time in over a decade I played football Thursday.
8 a side but still 90 mins,,
I'm ssurprisedi lasted the 90 cuz I was knackered by half time.
Any advice on how to stop or take the after effects of playin?
Cramps? Pulls? Muscle spasms?
I'm in a bit of agony especially running upstairs x |

Do ur stretches before! ! I no its hard u just warm up bye blasting ball Into back of net hahaha! Well I did but I was young so I didnt get injured much ha. Also as someone said u will get fitter and it will stop! However I don't think u can do anything about cramp in bath lol. I always got it in my hamstrings u could here what I said when it happened in Australia ha! |
