I like to play YouTube roulette. Select a favourite song, play it but then the next song has to be selected from the other videos on the right and can't be the same artist then just keep repeating the process.I've found some brilliant long forgotten tunes again by doing this. Love it on rainy days with the headphones on and not a care in the world. |

I do that or type in random letters in the search box and see what comes up. I don't know what Spotify is,I usually use Nokia radio mix |

"You Tube play lists - they are SO good!!
Gary Moore tonight - can't bear to turn it off! !!
"
I have to agree, but it's better when you haven't logged on so you get songs or artists that you haven't liked. |

"Spotify all the way, tenner a month for any songs you like, can even download them to listen offline and all legal, can't go wrong "
How does that work if you stop paying the tenner, do they stop working somehow? Otherwise someone could just pay once and download a bunch of stuff?
I didn't like Spotifys playlists but have found so many brilliant Youtube ones - full of live performances and unusual videos, and some get really random tracks on too, I like seeing where they lead.
I use Mp3 panda for cheap downloads and get cds off amazon market
If I can.

We like Spotify but gave up the Premium membership a while ago. Basic membership is pretty good.
Blinkbox-music is really good too.
We are thinking of investing in a new record deck so we can dust off all our vinyl out of the loft and listen to the music that way once again. Vinyl sales are making a bit of a revival so think we will give it a go. Just don't know if to buy a new deck or buy a 80's 90's top of the range one off eBay cheap as chips?
