So do we have any on here, I know we've got a few folks with long biking careers so hopefully should be some.

I've settled on this as the VFR800's replacement.

Anything to look out for when buying visor downs guide suggests checking the front suspensions hasn't sagged. And the diagnostic connector can corrode and spread (I'm a spark so ok removing an soldering that up).

But anything else to check for niggles and things to check on test rides?

Like the vfr they seem quote bombproof so just looking for the small stuff I might miss.

Same gotta love hondas, when you say rear brake is that the rear caliper itself the rear master cylinder or the front caliper slave cylinder for the cbs?

That will be the rear caliper. Had one for a little while, you could only use the rear brake in emergencies as once it was applied it stayed applied.

If the vfr wasn't poorly I'd join you tomorrow it's getting ripped apart. Hopefully it's just the plugs but I think doing some reading the plug caps might have corroded as the resistor is only spring fit rather than soldered.

If it's that I might jist swap it over to coil on plugs.

Also got a rip out the PAIR emissions system while I'm in there.

Had back calipers changed twice in less than 4 months but we carry weight with equipment. Usual honda fault
