On the back of the personal challenge thread of a day or so ago, what are you proud of achieving today?

"I don't think I need to say do I "

I think you should spell out exactly what you are proud of today but I won't make you.

What I will say is that you should be proud of finally seeking help, taking the help and finding that there really was nothing to be frightened about.

Not being insulting to someone who was being a shitbag.

Not buying an adult colouring book, (it had pretty pictures in).

Not having dessert when taken out for lunch and not buying toffee vodka.

Those are all good things, except you should have bought the coloring book.

How were you on achieving your 1% targets?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I got my workout clothes on and actually did some aerobics, instead of missing it which my shoulder devil was telling me to do. I've also managed to do a fast day without killing someone.

Lastly, I've done some good stuff at work today, Very fulfilling.

I've been writing a lot of scripts lately, and managed to work into one scene an entire exchange between three characters using Rick Astleys 'Never gonna give you up' as a template.

Basically I'm proud of my creativity, and am pleased to finally have a proper outlet for it.

I achieved some things and then my mum called...

She was supposed to go out for lunch but got there and found it had been booked for tomorrow, so she came and took me out to lunch instead.

I've not been home long. It interrupted my plans somewhat but it was a nice lunch and a nice afternoon.

I picked up a leaflet in the restaurant actually with some literature events on that I thought might appeal to you.

I think they are around your birthday party time though, so you may be busy. I'll go get the leaflet in a bit and let you know what's on and when.

I found myself unaccompanied (or so I thought) in a sunny stairwell and since the reverb in there is better than my shower belted out a showtune from Calamity Jane. I got a round of applause from the third floor landing when I finished where someone had walked out to listen.

The thing that I am most proud of is that I have raised two wonderful empathetic thinking independent children and successfully launched them into the world with the life skills and emotional maturity to succeed in life. I raised two very decent human beings and that is my greatest achievement in life and what I am most proud of - and yes, I am taking nearly ALL the credit as my ex was largely absent and quite frankly, a bit of a wanker.

Really wanted to call a colleague a irrational biggot and unempathetic Nigel farrage. However, it's only for 1hour per day that's 5 hours per week. That I have to be in this uncomfortable situation.

Depends if I feel like killing anyone tomorrow or not. My sister will be having a bbq so I may want to kill her for not cleaning up after herself so perhaps 3 cigs is better than 2 if it means not murdering her xD

I've been going to the gym since November and I've always thought one of the trainers a bit of a dick. Unless you're young, female and fit he ignores you.

Today I walked into the Gym and he stopped me and said "high five to you, you've really lost a lot of weight and you look amazing!"

My default setting is yeah, right whatever, but what can I tell you, I felt well chuffed and smiled all through my work out: go me!

Verbally matching my ex in a small debate about his new laptop not working. Normally he would be shouting and blaming me and I would be panicking and getting tongue tied and upset. I managed to convince him that no,we hadn't drooped it,it was probably the power adapter pack blown. He's not usually such a reasonable man who likes to lay the blame on someone.
