been in a bad mood the last few days so hitting the gym to work out frustrations.

Today I feel like a truly brutal back day what's your suggestions?

Got the normal deadlift, squat, wide grip weighed pull ups, lat pull downs, bent over rows.

But looking for some new/different things.

What's your favorite exercises for back work?
