You can't claim to have had a good curry until you have had a curry in Bradford. It is India on our shores.
Too many restaurants to mention but a favourite is Curry Express.
Ocean Road, South Shields is the place for curries in my neck of the woods though, I was just there 2 weeks ago, yum. |

The Jaipur in Milton Keynes... a good meal in nice surroundings and a stark contrast to the flock wall-papered BYOB Birmingham balti-houses of my student days!! (there's a nice thai restaurant upstairs too) |

The Balaka in St. Andrews, its reputation has gained it mentions in several publications such as The Good Food Guide, Les Routiers and The Good Curry Restaurant Guide...... plus the staff treat you like long lost family members when you pay return visits! xxx |

the best for us is here in Norwich - doesn't blow your head off, you can actually taste the herbs and spices. The owner reckons he deliberately stears clear of the 'English' curry.
Anyone coming this way we will be happy to give you details, it's certainly an establishment not to be missed. |

"The Shozna in Strood, rochester, the nicest curry house i`ve ever been in, the food is fab especially the non veg thali, all 7 dishes of it "
Tx for the tip, haven't tried that one. Spice Court near Gillingham Station is consistently good. |

"Any suggestions for curries in Iceland? "
Think they sell the birseye ones in there...
Rose Valley in Guildford is meant to be top notch, so good even prince harry went there. I would say Bombay Spice at bottom of town was nicer though, in my opinion. |

none pop up as so memorable, but when was with the ex and she took our lass off to japan to see her family i'd live off Sainsburys Rogan Josh/Chicken Madras/tricolour pilau Rice and that was divine ... especially when geated up the 2nd time |
