When I text when my phone is not on vibrate a voice speaks telling me what I'm texting. How do I turn this is off???

Iv had a look, but can't find it

I think its the settings you need to turn sirius off

It's one of the options on accessibility but can't rememebr which one it is

Settings General Accessibility Voice over. Switch it to off
