I'm performing in a concert this weekend and I've started having anxiety dreams 
Any hints on what to do? Or experiences?  "
Whenever I'm faced with public speaking, I just remind myself that pretty much every person watching will be getting sexually aroused at my sheer magnificence...  |

I suffer from it badly when having to speak publicly or present to companies etc.
It's god awful. As a salesman it should be easy but it's not.
Best trick is just Suck it up and tell yourself you are magnificent and that the audience are lucky to be in your presence. |
