I was just writing to someone and then started to wonder how best to introduce myself to another member on the site. I apologise if this has been discussed before, but I would be very interested to hear people's thoughts.
I can imagine it is usually the lads on the site who start off the correspondence with other females and couples.
In the eyes of you couples and females do you prefer: a) the full on smut, relying on the extents of the imagination that can set sexy scenarios and fantasies... b) the polite yet intriguing introduction, proving that there is more to the person than a cock. Or c) the odd unique messages that entice you to reply just for being different from the rest. (e.g. the one i had saying "if you had a shed in your garden what would you keep in it?" I'm guessing most people on here would immediately jump to sex dungeon/slave/toys or something similar rather than spade and lawnmower)
Obviously like myself, you might be in the mood for either or at different time, but which is most likely to get a reply? Personally, there comes a point where chatting needs to move on further but it must all start with one of these options. I'm curious as to which this is the best?
p.s Sorry for the essay. x |

You have just shown a good level of imagination and thought about what people may prefer with this thread,I would put some of that to use on your profile,I always look at profiles before I read messages and if they attract my attention then Ill read the message
Thats just me though

A) puts me off
B) invites me to read your profile, so make it good, I may reply!
C) makes me think you may be a lune, invites me to read your profile, I may reply, so please don't be a nutter! |

A would get a "No thanks!" if I am feeling generous.
B would make me want to know more about the person and I would look at his profile.
C would make me think the gent is trying to be some kind of smart arse, and is likely to get a "Sorry, I don't have time for this." if I am feeling generous.

Smutty, in your face stuff is a turn off Desperation ( I had one from an otherwise quite nice guy saying he had not had sex in 4 weeks....needless to say I was not going to help him out!)
OTT humour suggesting insecurity
One liners "fancy a fuck" or "what you up to"
Best for me a nice short email that picks up on our profile indicating the sender has at least speed-read it. A dose of self-deprecating intelligent humour is great, also |

Thank you guys. Sounds like good advice. Like to think of the whole situation a bit like meeting in a bar. Don't think i would walk up to someone and happily start up a conversation whilst flashing. Or for that matter "wanna fuck". Can't say that those are well known chat up maneuvers so tend to stay well away from them.
Certainly learnt something from you all so thank you. Hope to speak to you all again soon. xx |

No actually its quite well written which makes a change.
Absolutey no smutty messages unless done with humour
b) yes please but not having copied and pasted half ones profile into the message like some do
c)you're a desperate raincoat wearing train spotting lives at home with parents and get turned on by a woman's ankles with a silly giggle |
