Yes. There's a family photo at my mam's house of me, my parents and siblings all in shell suits
(Not matching ones though, that would be fucking horrible) |

I had a couple but I wore them with jazzy baseball boots and sometimes a tshirt with the American flag on it. Yes I went to America when they were fashionable so now when I fondly look at the pictures of Disney world I'm wearing a shellsuit |

No. Never. And I refused to be in the same room as anyone wearing one. If I had had the money to buy one as a kid, I would have bought one, just to set fire to it.
Its a chav uniform.
I was also very early of people tracksuit tops. Usually a "casual" and prone to violence. Perhaps I was being harsh and presumptious. But the lads I knew that wore them WERE Neanderthals. |

Shell suits really weren't a chav uniform, if you went to somewhere like Center Parcs circa 1993 every bugger was wearing them. |

I really wouldn't know. I equate centre parcs with butlins. |

I owned a couple of shell suits, but, for a good reason, they were the ones supplied by the football team I played for back when I could play 90 minuets and still get to the bar after, these days I'm knackered after 45 minuets of Fifa lol
But I noticed in the defence of Liverpool that a lot of people from Birmingham had them, and you see less people in Liverpool city centre in trackies than in brum imo |

I never owned one but I did own a few puffball skirts and dresses (Tammy Girl, naturally). And have a perm. And pixie boots. There may even have been the odd Fergie bow but never a scrunchie. |
