Manchester derby...can't wait have had
Not the best weekend but hopefully the Reds will turn it around today for me. Can't wait.
Stretford end will be rocking
20000 empty seats and you want to build more ha ha ha ha ha |

go on, carry on with the stereotypes
The fact that the season tickets for the South stand were sold out before construction began obviously missed the London Evening Gazette
Still, I reckon it'll be a game worth watching |

"As a neutral.... I hope United give City a drubbing......
Grrrrrrrr "
Awww it's nothing against City....
I just like to see all the so called premier elite sides take turns experiencing the same sort of pain that Sunderland and Newcastle supporters go through week in week out...... |

Fair point. I think City have been experiencing plenty of that lately though.

More reds in Manchester than blues. Survey after survey proves it. More reds around the world so very easy to show out of Manchester stereotyping. Lot of Blues fans are glory hunters. Notwithstanding the ones that have been fans of citeh for life who I have respect for.
Oldham athletic fan before you ask. |

Was taken to my first Utd game at age of 6,. . Attended nearly every home game till around 17. watched and supported my local team too (Carlisle Utd).
You don't have to live close to be a supporter.
Now living near Glasgow but can't get into the Scottish game at all. Sunday pub league stuff lol
Anyway, Utd all the way

Utd still one ugly ass team though...lump it to fellani, cross the ball into the box as much as possible and see what happens. Effective now of course, but id be expecting a hell of a lot more when every second player cost about 25 mill + |

I don't know what you have been watching. Since their loss against Arsenal in FA Cup... they have been sticking with pretty much the same team only alternating CB's - they have been playing some fluid good football.
Maybe you need to catchup on the past 5 games.. |

Im fully up to date on their recent form...i just dont see a whole lot of quality in the play, with the exception of about 20 mins first half against a sluggish liverpool. Spurs were awful i think we can all agree on that...nah, just not seeing a whole lot about them really |

All I know is Herrera and Mata are a real treat to watch. Herrera reminds me of Scholes. Reckless challenges, great vision which can only improve and is capable of a screamer or two. Plus he is a great dribbler of the ball. |

Proof that utd fans aren't in manchester.
Try booking a hotel room when utd play at home. See how much they are charging, see where the tooms are day before match day. Now do the same for when 'lil ole citeh' play. U will be amazed..
Manchester was charging 160 quid in city centre for saturday night in a premier inn... |

Blue moon just got shot out of the sky!
There's only one way City are going. . . That's down the table. . . Better get on to your manager and point the way to the dole office, he'll be signing on in the morning! |

"Rags all gone quiet

Going back to hotel rooms on manc.....I ended up getting a hostel room because of the hotel prices. It is the same every time we are at homr.
I know I am a cockney red.....I have never tried to hide it. I am a season ticket holder and been supporting United since day I was born. Grandad was a manc, came down south had me old man, Down here and I ended up with southern accent.

"Oh n look at the location of all these yernited fans that have come out from crawling out of the caves after a dodgy flukey win against 'citeh'"
How exactly is location relevant? The gaffer is Dutch himself.
In fact name me all the players from the lineup who are born bred in Manchester. |

Hmmm could it be to do with the fact there are 30,000 more people attending the game??
Not to mention the fact that people don't live their whole lives within 5 miles of where they were born, as was probably the case 50 years ago.
Yes we have more glory hunter fans than most, that goes hand in hand with success, but anyone who thinks there are more City fans than United fans in Manchester is completely deluded.
By the way, doesn't Middleton come under the control or Rochdale council, so not proper Manchester anyway |
