They make great cakes.
If you're not sure about quantity then weigh your eggs (in the shell) and use an equal weight of each butter, sugar and flour.
This is the traditional way to make a sponge cake no matter what size eggs you have available. |

thats interesting..and odd! how do they know?...maybe something to do with weather patterns..im going to have to investigate that! but going to do my simnel cake first! |
