Hi everyone. Im going away for a long dirty week in the lakes and scotland. Hopefully ill be shaggin 23/7 and have a hours sleep a day! Any ideas which Viagra is the best to get, ive tryed the blue pill that was rubbish and give me a sore stomach and VRX V4, anybody else know any good ones?

Anyway the consensus was, don’t use them unless you have had a medical as there can be very bad side effects, especially from the foreign Viagra substitutes.
Stick to the real thing and get a prescription for it (at about £8 a pill I think).
Your risk though.

There are various different "strengths" of viagra... if all you got was a "sore stomach" consider yourself lucky... I know people in the scene who have taken them who have had side effects ranging from headaches and burst blood vessels right the way thru to blurred vision and mini strokes
as the others have said, unless you have to take them for medical reasons, why you mad trying to risk your health? |

The guy didn't ask for a medical examination or why he feels he needs viagra so who's business is it to tell him he shouldn't use it. If he's nervous and wants to be sure he'll perform ok then that's also his business.
So to answer the OP:
The blue Viagra pills have given me headaches in the past so I stopped using them, didn't suffer any stomach pains though.
I much prefer Kamagra Gel which I've used with no side effects. It's flavoured which makes it easier to swallow and I've had no problems with it at all (the pineapple flavour is a bit yuk, orange is better if you can get it). One sachet should be enough and you'll find you will last for several hours with it. You won't have a permanent erection for all that time but when you need one, it will be there! Trust me lol
If you know someone offline who can supply you then I'd go with that as with online dealers you can never be sure that they are selling you the real mccoy or not.

i know a guy that had a heart attack bought on by taking viagra, never knew he had any problems with his heart, was only early 30s took one and ended up in hospital, there was also a thread warning people about taking it a while back saying her husband took one for the first time and had a stroke, viagra can not be bought over the counter for a reason!!
If you are daft enogh to still take one because your mate has and he was fine lol ffs don't over do the dose thinking the higher dose you take the longer you will stay hard, it does not work like that take to much and your cock with hurt to the point you no let anyone near it anyway |

you right he didnt but its called caring, i suppose its easy to sit here and think, fuck it i dont know him if he dies using this stuff what does it matter to me? but not everyones like that, many people have had problems when taking viagra bought off the net etc for some people they care about others, even those they don't know, enough to pass this information on in case it may help them, make them think twice and stop any accident happening to them

you are right...However.... Since it is a drug that can only be prescribed (even if you buy the derivitives online you ticked the box saying you have seen a doctor) the guy SHOULD go to a doctor first.... even in the over the counter trials, you get a consultation first

If you read his opening post properly you would have seen that he had already tried one form of Viagra - probably without medical prescription, or he would have known what to expect - and was asking for an alternative.
I don't wish the guy any harm but he's decided to go down this route already so why bother him with medical opinion that he hasn't solicited. |

i feel i must comment on this subject of viagra...
my husband did a very silly thing last febuary and took a viagra as we did have a bit of a party and seemed to think for some reason he needed to keep up so to speak, but half way thru the night and dont ask me why but he decided to take another one so that made 2 viagra's of 100mil floating around in his system..a long story cut short he had a stroke that night and ended up in hospital for a week but im glad to say made a complete recovery but needless to say wont be using viagra again...to add even now im cant work out why he took them as i can say hand on heart he has no need to use them, as he is always pleased to see me..lol.
the Dr at the hospital took one look at the pkt and went up the wall as the viagra we had obtained while on holiday in Goa in january has been banned for sale in the UK as it brings on heart attacks and strokes...tony nearly cried when i thru all 1,600 of them in the bin...but as they only cost £52 for 1,600 how many more people will make the same mistake...xxx stella |

your slightly wrong there hun as u can now buy full strength viagra over the counter from boots, ok i fully admit there was a time when u needed to see a Dr but not now, i think boots are charging about £60 for 4..
even when obtaining them from a Dr u needed to have one of three ailments 1 is being a diabetic, 2 is having high blood preasue (thats a joke) and im not sure of the 3rd reason....stella..xxxx |

No - you always need a prescription to get viagra - pfizer did try to get the controlled status of viagra withdrawn last year but then decided to withdraw their bid.
However only a very few people qualify for a free prescription from the NHS (diabetics being one of them) - all the rest need a private prescription, and that will cost around £35.
If you really want the real thing just speak openly and honestly to your Doc and I'm sure (s)he wont have any problems giving you a prescription provided you dont have any contra-indicated exisiting medical conditions.
If you are looking for a substitute avoid the "alternatives" like the plague - you just dont know whats in them.
Generic versions like kamagra are worth a look tho. Kamagra is to viagra what ibuprofen is to nurofen - one is the brand named drug - and the other is exactly the same thing only cheaper - it still contains 100mg of sildenafil citrate just like viagra does.
I've experimented with them both and the effect is identical.
That said I'd agree with the other posters - on the few occasions I've experimented with it I didnt notice a huge difference - my repeat times seemed a little quicker (altho the lady I was with was smoking hot so it could just as easily been her doing) , and my hardons were a little more easily "set off" but aside from that I can honestly say that they werent really worth the bother.

i think u better give Boots chemist a ring hun coz they do sell them and u have no need of a prescription by the way im not sure ur Dr is being fair coz a private prescription for viagra at our Dr's is on average £18 id change Dr's if i was u |

hi the third reason is hormonal deficiency ..andropause ,this is where free acting Testosterone is below the level of 10nmog per mill,and is diagnosed by a endochrinolgist.

I think there was a trial scheme in certain branches of Boots in 2007 - but Pfizer withdrew their application to make viagra available without prescirption in november 2008 after concerns were raised by European regulators about supply.
A European Medicines Agency committee said there would be too little medical oversight - meaning related problems like heart disease could be missed.
So No - viagra is still not available without prescription |
