What the heck does it call mean. I notice it inviously does but by heck i cant work it all out. We hot a dictionary for gangbangs or something here.
Also im sure dome just constantly use it to look all clever.

The f's are short for female.
The m's short for male.
So you use them in whatever combination to reflect the group..
E.g, I like ffm. Female female male.
