I do like the odd game of golf and there's some great courses near here on the Devonshire coast.
I'm not really a fan of golf on the telly, it's a bit boring but I do enjoy watching the masters as it's such a pretty place |

"When will they show it on bbc1?."
Sky has the exclusive rights I think. So no BBC coverage. Same for the British Open from next year I think which is a real shame. |

"The last two rounds are both live on the BBC, there are highlights of the first two days on tomorrow night, I believe and there's commentary from all four rounds on 5Live."
I love BBC golf coverage. |

Trivia fact : Did you know that Patrons (ie their paying customers) can obtain an on course sandwich and coffee for the princely sum of £1.50 (equivalent dollars ob.)
nb you don't have to eat it off the grass, though that in itself would be a priviledge.

Possibly my favourite of the Majors to watch. Such a beautiful setting. Love to see Rory make a career grand slam, but Justin Rose well worth an each way bet.
I will be pretty much glued to the telly until Sunday night, so please can everyone stop pestering me for sexual favours until then! |

Day 2 underway and Speith already extending his lead, I think this chap could be a bit special, does he have the temperament to lead from the front? I guess we are going to find out. |

Even at 21 years of age, his last three results have been 1st and 2 seconds. Had a very good Ryder Cup too so i guess he can handle the big match pressures.
Not sure how good he is at spitting all over, throwing his clubs, crashing cars and cheating on his women yet.

I will have a tenner with you that he doesn't! If he wins from here I would expect him to go on and pick up several majors. If he loses it might just finish him mentally. Big day for the young man today. |

Remember Mcilroy blew it in 2011 from such a position as this and won the US Open straight after, Gary Player once said anybody who hasn't choked never had a chance to win anything.
Anyway this guys the real deal reckon he'll do it. |

I think the young lad will wobble today and it will be alot closer than we think by Sunday!.
He's rode a bit of luck for the first few days, with great skill as well but that luck never lasts forever! |

speith actually a very good "first 3 days" player.... and actually has this habbit on blowing up on sunday..... so at this point, if you can get a bookmaker to back against him tomorrow... that wouldn't be the worst bet in the world |

Yeah I was thinking the same but then I thought, I just think Saturday at the masters might be like Sunday in the other tornies.
He's cool as a cucumber though and very young, so he might just shoot another round in the 60s.
I think ultimately it will depend if the guys at the back can apply the pressure to his round |

"Rory on a roll. But surely no chance of catching Speith....is there??"
The way the course is playing, plus Speith, i can only see him adding to his birdie haul.

Can't see anything other than another under par round from Spieth, so there is going to need to be some super low scores to make it competitive tomorrow. |

Speith is looking nailed on despite Mickelson and Rose giving it a good go. |

Wife asked last week, "have you put a bet on anybody."
Na, i said.
"Why not, you usually do", she said.
"I just said i have."
"Huh"? she said.
"No, he didn't qualify."
Been sleeping on the sofa since, at least the golf is on.
Q : For a cyber birdie, is the wife : blonde, bald or both. |
