50/50 earl grey and Assam. Very very strong, half teaspoon of honey, splash of full fat milk. All in a metal cup.
The cup should never be scoured when washed. It should have a nice build up of tannin to enhance the flavour. Just like a teapot.
Coffee is the devils diarrhoea. |

M&S breakfast blend teabags - 1 and a bit sugars, splash of milk.
PERFECT
Just don't be putting my milk in first and leave the teabag brew for 2-3 mins or I'll regard you a cnut |

"Normal tea, medium strength, really small dash of milk, I like it to be hot enough to burn my mouth "
Yes has to be hot! When ever go to Costa etc I always ask for extra hot as its always just warm, drinkable right away. |

Same here. If it's just warm, I can't drink it. |

"green tea for me please....I'm on a diet" Is this because it speeds your metabolism up?
I like green, green with lemon but when it comes to "normal" tea it has to be Yorkshire - and bloody strong too |

"milk in first if pouring from a teapot otherwise let it brew then milk...."
Should always add milk not start with it.
Tastes better and exactly as you want it that way. |

No it's because I'm cutting down on milk and normal tea without milk is yukky! I have no idea what effect it has on your metabolism |
