50/50 earl grey and Assam. Very very strong, half teaspoon of honey, splash of full fat milk. All in a metal cup.

The cup should never be scoured when washed. It should have a nice build up of tannin to enhance the flavour. Just like a teapot.

Coffee is the devils diarrhoea.

M&S breakfast blend teabags - 1 and a bit sugars, splash of milk.

Just don't be putting my milk in first and leave the teabag brew for 2-3 mins or I'll regard you a cnut

Yes has to be hot! When ever go to Costa etc I always ask for extra hot as its always just warm, drinkable right away.

No it's because I'm cutting down on milk and normal tea without milk is yukky! I have no idea what effect it has on your metabolism
