I hate it when that happens... though I'd say it's more of a creaking noise.

The bra gets one wash with loads of fabric conditioner and if it still doesn't stop it goes in the bin... new or not.

I also have a squeaky bra. I the first time I wore it I didn't know and just got dressed and rushed out the house to work. It squeaked all day
