Mr was bought a Smoker for his birthday so he can't wait to cook something on it - that will get used before our BBQ

Steak T-Bone (Most Important)

Chicken Breasts marinated in piri piri sauce

Hot & Spicy sausages

Steak Burgers

Chicken wings & Legs marinated in garlic sauce

Pork Loin

Chciken Skewers with onion & Peppers

I have a special marinade for ribs too and I usually prep the tandoori chicken the day before. Gives it time for the sauce to take hold

Ah that explains it,,, is that a thing now? eating trees and stuff , I just thought restaurant`s put it on the plate to make my food look pretty
