I'm quite partial to my 10mm thick tongue stud due to the effort required to get it to that.

I love the idea of a medusa piercing, especially with something pretty like a pearl. Though not sure if it would suit me

Mr Kinks here, my piercing didn't hurt that much more or a head fuck. Probably only 2 out of 10 on the pain scale.

I have a couple of 4mm labia piercings and I wear large, 18mm diameter rings in them. They look cool. :D

The mrs had her clit hood pierced with one of the latest LED illuminated adornments. Sadly she had it removed because everyone kept calling her a bright cunt.
