... And you know it's stupid, but you keep doing them.

I control my telly via an app on my phone. I can be in a different room and control it. Yet I find myself pointing it at the TV like a remote control.

I like breathing through my mouth till my tongue and gums go slightly dry then stick my tongue to them and rip it off.....kind of hard to explain
