I have recently met someone with brilliant verifications and thought I was in for an amazing night.
What I got was propably my worst meet.
He just wanted his needs met and not mine and it has led me to think I must be strange as the other women have said how amazing he is??
Anyone else experienced the same?? |

I don't take much notice of verifications, but everyone I've met has lived up to expectations.....but then I chat for a long time before agreeing to meet, so don't need to rely on the words of strangers. |

I don't really take much notice of them,what's good for one person won't be the same for the next
Ive seen particular people give everyone they meet almost the same ones word for word and I love it when I come across a profile with one of theirs on it because I know what its going to say before Ive even read it  |

Sort of similar.
One guy i'd met had gushing veris, going on about how nice looking he was and idk what else but he sounded too good to miss, wasn't impressed when i met him and didn't think much of his looks at all, his personality was weird as well. Fair amount of his meets were repeat veris as well so a fair few people were well into him, i didn't want a repeat meet so told him as he was leaving- seeing as he asked to see me again. |

I think you need too take them with a pinch of salt, and use them as a general guide, or for simply whether they will turn up, how open minded and adventurous they may be at a push, but not that you will get the experience mentioned in them.. everybody is different and responds differently in any given situation, it is part of what makes things exciting, for me at least to know that every experience is different.. for the opening poster, i think it is sad you didn't get his full 100% effort at least. |

I've never met anyone I didn't enjoy meeting but it does usually take me a while to meet someone. I don't put too much store in what other people have to say about those I may meet since I like to use my own judgement. I'd like to hope the same is true of those meeting me, particularly since I don't ask for verifications. |

I think this is the best way to approach things, i don't see why verifications are so important, i prefer too meet people who don't put too much stock in them, a nice one is appreciated but not required. I also think if you take the time before meeting you can avoid the worst ones. |

I've been here seven years and still find it strange people rely on the opinions of total strangers to decide whether they meet another stranger or not.
If I like someone I always meet socially first. I've dodged a few bullets that way, and these guys had glowing verifications.
That said, I've used verifications to not meet people i.e. they've met people who only play bareback.
It works for me.

I never read verifications and think..'They must be good coz XXX says so'. I use them more of a guide as to if they are going to actually turn up or not.
I dont really read them, i prefare to see the summery instead coz that tells me much more

Overly glowing verifications are likely to have the opposite effect on me, it suggests to me they tend to meet sycophantic little drips and/or territory markers, in which case they're probably not going to like me |

We do give verifications some credence and for us they are a decent starting point but they're just that, a starting point. It's the way we converse that determines whether we'd like to meet them or not and if the meet isn't very good then we take 50% of the blame. |

I never wrote a veri that I wasn't comfortable in saying in a face-to-face conversation.
I try as much as possible to have a social meet be it via the messaging option here or whatsapp or a social drink, I write the personality that I encounter, I have found everyone can perform sex acts... but what was that personality attraction that got interested me in wanting to get to know the person. But I feel no matter what is written, always and this is more important for ladies is to do your own due diligence, by having a social discussion...the meet doesn't have to happen immediately.
I know I might sound really old fashion a crank for saying the following but if people genuinely found others with the intention of getting to know them as friends 1st, and then possibly a play, and not just jump in straight away... they can save themselves potentially a lot of headache/heartache/disappointment.
This is just my opinion though... I could be doing things wrong. |

I met someone a couple of years ago who wanted to write his verification for me. I said I was quite capable of writing my own. I also know of another person who would approve or edit verifications before they were sent and displayed. Hardly a true reflection of what a person thinks of her. |

I wouldn't say I believe or doubt them, but sometimes you will see a common theme that can give an indication of what they like. Also, some people will click better than others...it's not necessarily that they are a crap shag just maybe there isn't the same level of compatibility/experience/comfort/attraction with different people.
Thing is all a verification is intended to do is tell us that the person turned up and was of the correct sex for the profile, not provide a re_iew of each performance with a detailed analysis of acts undertaken. |

Exactly this; that they are somewhat reliable and are the sex stated on the profile; especially important when meeting a couple or a woman as very few women pretend to be men on this site
I don't use it as a 'f**k grading' system as my expectations may be very different from the person leaving the verification |

I will give a brief description of a man's personality,as I perceived it,how he was with me. I might add a little tidbit of something I especially liked about the man,it's going to be read by other women thinking of meeting the man after all. I only look at verifications as part of an overall picture before deciding if I want to meet somebody. I also look at what the verifications have in common in general terms for example if somebody is perceived to be sociable. |
