Nuts - everytime - they come in all sorts of sizes, shapes and flavours and are such a good source of protein

Getting back to the nibbling as i say going to super market and was thinking of diffrent things to nibble on , x not just nuts ... can get bored having same thing was looking new nibbles ,

I like salami or parma ham slices smeared with phili rolled up.

Also works with smoked salmon!

Or corgette sliced lengthways, hollow out the pips,put a little tomato puree in and mozzarella on then grill till its all melty ..yum!
