What's the worst pain you've ever felt? I broke my toe once and that was pretty grim then I had my son and thought that 36 hours of labour (with him back to back) could never be topped.

Until September last year when I did my first fitness class with weights. For 4 days I couldn't even sit down to have a pee without my eyes watering with pain.. It was horrendous!!! Worse than labour by a long shot!

Recently, when I suffered an orgasm headache OMG ive never felt pain like it I thought my head was going to explode. The poor guy his face was just with a look of horror. ive broken various bones and sliced my knee completely open. I do have a some what high threshold of pain.

Either kidney stones or when I had both knees shattered, my ankle and femur.... That smarted a bit too!

I fractured my kneecap into 6 pieces. It didn't hurt until after it was reconstructed but then a couple of days of intermittent agony interspersed with morphine detachment. I was on a high dose of codeine for weeks.

A bone marrow biopsy was by far the most painful experience I've endured. It's not so much when they stick the needle in, but when they draw the marrow out

I've had 4 kids and I still reckon stubbing my toe is far bloody worse! Activates all my swear words every time!

I'm really lucky

I've never been in what I'd call real pain

I don't want to be either

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Cholecystitis, (gallbladder attack due to blockage by gallstones)

I would have shot myself if I'd had a gun. I've never experienced anything remotely as bad.

Having part of my big toenail removed and the nail bed killed with chemicals without an anaesthetic didn't come close (and I had 4 people holding me down then).

When I was 9 I left my hardgas contact lens in my eyes overnight. Took them out 24 hours later. It was Like putting a plaster over your eyeballs then ripping it off. My parents still say the screaming from me was the worst thing they ever heard.

Gall stones! So painful! Had 2 kids and labor was not as painful, unless that was just the gas and air working!

I've had this as well, first time at 17 and I didn't know what was happening, I was terrified!

Also have a high threshold for pain but that was insane.

Concur with the kidney stones passing one is not pleasant. Although I have had constant toothache for three months following a failed root canal and the constant pain from that has built up to horrible levels.

Should he finally sorted this week thank god.

Toothache once was diabolical but have had crash pain that was worse. It's amazing what the body can create, i.e. our minds can create.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Physical pain? The constipation "release" after a five week stint in hospital in labour. The birth felt easy after that happened.

Giving birth.

I roared like a fighting animal. I always remember the girl in the next bed to me saying I heard you screaming. I wanted to punch her lights out.

When my tendon broke last year in the gym. I never thought I'd walk again. I think it tore not broke
