Gets me how many people don't take towels to the gym. Eeee disgusting watching them sweat and drip everywhere not wipe it up and walk away without wiping the surface,,, juest gross... Yeah there's handgel in my gym but to touch an apparatus that someone didn't wipe. Ewwwww ,,,, and a a worker in nhs I fully appreciate the need to wash and gel hands regularly but again. Ewwww just shudder at it sometimes,,, and no I'm not goin to stop goin to the gym lol. Just a moan after what I've just seen in my local gym

They have antiseptic wipes at our gym. We use them thoroughly before and after use of equipment. It's amazing how many don't though.

Yuk

A keen sportsman all my life, I've always hated gyms.

Smelly claustrophobic places and so boring running on a treadmill or lifting weights.

It's expected at all gyms to wipe down gear after yourselves surely.

The gym we go to, if you dont have a towel while your training your asked to get one, buy one or stop training till you do basically. They encourage everyone to wipe down and respect other gum goers etc ....obviouslt there are those who are and always will be lazy or ignorant sadly..

Sweat I don't mind ... Not puting the weights away in order!!! Yes even if it means you have to take weights off to get the decending size correct.

Actually my advise is do what I did , buy your own cage

Noooooooooo! With the number of kids I come into contact with in my job my immune system is fine. Sitting in a pool of someone else's sweat is not thanks!

Give over, your not scared of the opinions of othere

But I'd agree....nothing wrong with a bit of muck and a few bugs and germs...

I honestly think that's why there are so many sickly kids these days...obsessive cleaning indoors....then they get old enough to go out on the real world with their friends and wham! Couple of unfamiliar germs floor them

.....the amount of products that promise to kill 99.9% of germs you see in the shops is silly....especiay the toilet ones....

Your having a shit in there....not making soup!

I always take a small gym towel but my gym sells them.

I have about 4.

I don't have a shower at the gym but often will just put a hoody on get to work then shower at work as the showers are nice at work than the gym
