While we love the scene and the social side and really could not imagine, at the moment, any reason to stop - I am wondering if there are reasons why people might consider leaving behind the colourful lifestyle?

I cant imagine not swinging at all.
But can see the only reasons to stop would be a medical reason or meeting the man of my dreams and him not wanting to swing. But then how the heck do I sleep with one man for the rest of my life? And no intamacy with the ladies??? Just dont think I could do it |

Yes we did for a more colourful lifestyle LOL, 2 years of one and 7 years of another, if your really interested mail us, were not really keen on sharing with non like minded open individuals.. Saves them having to block us!! |

i started swinging after my marriage break up - a way to socialise and have sexy times without tge pressure behind dating
i'm no longer meeting as i've met someone and we have decided not to meet anymore so i'm now here for the social side only xx  |

We don't swing all that often, sometimes it could be long enough that it appears we have given up!
That said, we both said that we would never let it get in the way of our normal lives and we would never let ourselves become "hardened" swingers (whatever that means)...

Some fabulous answers - wish I had set a prize to begin with.
I wondered if anybody ever had a time where they got bored with swinging - I have not come across this but I have heard people saying that from time to time they get bored with their "settings" and they change them? |

Had always taken a break when I was in a relationship, but now my bf also swings, its a great dynamic. Not sure I would ever stop, as its a mind set, but family and work can mean we don't get a chance to meet on and off. |

Yep. If I was fortunate enough to meet a girl I truly loved and loved me the same way, who I knew didn't want to swing, then I would stop in a heartbeat.
After all, everyone of my heartbeats would then belong to her. |

When my body can't take any more. I'm getting close to retiring now. In my heart I'd like to meet a man to do this as a couple but I can't see it happening. |

We stop every now and again for a few weeks . Usually because we are a bit bored or jaded . This is our third profile in 4 years . When we are swinging we tend to be pretty active |
