It's an Elton John song. No need to look it up.

I guess one can be eloquent in the way in which one dresses and it appears Elton John believed that to be the case also.

Yep black bomber with a huuuuuuge yellow tartan collar and sleeves.

I am no dedicated follower of fashion but I can recognise a victim when I see one. Did I mention he was in his 60's?
